Investment in updated automated SMT line

Cleveland Circuits have made a significant investment in new SMT equipment to maintain the highest quality and most efficient PCB assembly.

Cleveland Circuits have invested in further development for our SMT department to drive continued automation, quality and efficiency to best serve our customers. An entire refit of our SMT department alongside significant investment in machinery means we are able to continue providing the wide range of technology, efficient processing and highest quality our customers expect. In-line with an ESE US2000-X automated paste printer is the new Hanwha SM482 plus pick and place machine increasing our ability to process a huge range of component footprints as small as 01005, increasing component per hour place rate rate whilst maintaining the highest accuracy. Increased feeder bays allows a vast array of different components to be loaded on the machine ready to pick and place reducing downtime and increasing efficiency. Coupled with the high performance 6 zone Folungwin FL-VP660 reflow oven with independent top and bottom heating control, ensures we have the capability to automatically and effectively assemble the broadest possible range of PCBs. All of this, together with our automated optical inspection equipment and ability to assemble mixed technology boards means we are able to offer the highest quality assembled PCB's at the best price in the lead time our customers need.
